Have you seen what’s hidden within the RPR app icon?
Real estate agents rely on RPR Mobile™ for quick access to virtually everything they want to know about on-or-off market properties, neighborhoods, schools, market activity and, of course, the best-in-class, customizable and co-branded reports. Now, getting your hands on the RPR data you need is even easier.
Introducing, digital shortcuts to the features you use most, now within the RPR app. Known as 3D Touch on iOS and Quick Shortcuts on Android, the shortcuts are really all about efficiency, enabling users to gain quick access to favorite RPR features such as nearby properties, an agent’s current listings, recent reports, and saved searches*.
To engage the shortcut, firmly press the RPR app icon from your device’s home screen. A menu will appear with quick access to:
*RPR’s Touch functionality is available on qualified OS versions (iOS10 and above [Phone 6s and newer] and Android 7.1 and above).

Doesn’t seem to work. When you firmly press the RPR icon on the ipad, the only thing that happens is I get the ‘x’ in the upper corner of the icon, which is the delete the app option. If the RPR icon is lightly touched, the app opens to its regular home screen. Another suggestion for the app in the ipad/iphone?
Hi Margo, what version iOS do you have on the iPAD? This feature is only supported in iOS10 and above and Android 7.1 and above.
I have IOS 10 and same thing happening to me.
It happened to me too, but then I used my thumb on my other hand it worked!
i’m using rpr v1.64.05(353) on samsung note 8 using android v 7.1.1 and i don’t have this functionality. how do i get it?
Hi Mike,
First can you confirm that you have upgraded your RPR app? I want to make sure it’s current. Please let me know and I will dig deeper.
I agree. It does not work for either iPhone 6+ or iPad Air with IOS 11.03.
Hi James,
Have you updated your RPR app? Apple introduced 3D touch with the iPhone 6 (iOS10 and above).
funny…i haven’t even tried it yet, but like everything associated with my MLS all the way up to NAR, it doesn’t work like I would like and I get to pay for it anyway. Great responses. Thanks.
Hi Dustin, The feature does work. What complicates things is that each phone/operating system is slightly different. For example, on the Apple side it’s called 3D Touch and requires certain hardware (iPhone 6 and newer) running iOS10 or newer and on the Android side they call it App Shortcuts and it was only supported on devices running 7.1 or higher.
Same here using Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (Android 7). If I “firmly press” the icon (which I understand I have to keep it pressed longer, not just to tap it like usual), it opens the uninstall menu which is common for each app on the phone. If I just tap it, it opens like regular app. No fancy menu/shortcuts working here.
Is this a feature meant to work only on some specific devices and specific version of software?! If so, then it sucks!
Hi Cosmin,
Unfortunately Android did not introduce support for Quick Shortcuts until Android 7.1. So your phones operating system does not support.
I tried it and it worked! Nice feature to use when you are out and about!
I have a Samsung Note 8 and it does not work
Works for me! If it brings up the x to delete the app, just use your opposite thumb and it will most likely work!
How can I share a listing to a client?
There are a few different ways with the app, but here is the quickest:
• Open RPR Mobile
• Press “Reports” button
• Type address of subject property, press Search
• Press “Mini Property Report” (Or Choose a different options)
• Press Next
• If you want to email the report, choose Email and enter email address. If you want to send via text message, choose Download.
When the report is ready, preview then choose share icon to Text.
Hope this helps.
I have RPR v 1.66.06 on the Galaxy S8 Note. Not able to see this information. The options I have are to remove the shortcut, sleep, uninstall, app info.
This seems like it would be useful, if only I could get it.
