RPR and ShowingTime Build a Showing Integration
RPR is pleased to announce that most REALTORS® can now schedule property showings with ShowingTime®, a leading showing management tool, directly from the RPR platform, saving them time and effort.
This integration, available to more than 250 MLSs representing more than 950,000 real estate professionals, allows REALTORS® to conduct more of their daily business seamlessly.
Partnering with technologies and services that REALTORS® are using, such as ShowingTime, is a strategy that RPR is deeply committed to, knowing it will help REALTORS® increase their productivity and boost their bottom lines.
Available in the RPR website application and mobile app, the connection point is on RPR’s Property Details page, where a button will allow users to easily schedule showings for the property. RPR MLS partners with ShowingTime access will be receiving an email in the next few days to enable this new feature.
“MLSs, brokers and agents have consistently asked us to deliver even more integrations”, said Jeff Young, RPR’s Chief Operating Officer. “One of our primary goals in 2020 is to deliver more tools to REALTORS® so they can be more efficient and more productive.”
ShowingTime CEO Scott Woodard adds, ”We’re pleased to be collaborating with Realtors Property Resource to provide scheduling links in the RPR platform for the MLSs that would like to provide this. It’s beneficial for agents, buyers and sellers when these integrations occur since it helps facilitate more showings.”
Jeff Young continues, saying “This collaboration between RPR and ShowingTime connects directly into NAR’s mission to put Members First. RPR looks forward to adding more market-level tools to help REALTORS® “wow” their clients and close more deals.”

Will there be a fee for an association to sign up for Showing Time with RPR?
Hi Katie, thanks for your question. Here’s the official answer: “MLSs and Associations who are currently contracted with ShowingTime will be able to utilize this feature. RPR does not charge fees for any of our services, including the ShowingTime integration.”
I understand that RPR does not charge any fees; the “fee” is rolled into our NAR dues. I belong to NEREN and MLSPIN; NEREN at least I am certain of which utilizes the ShowingTime platform, which I enjoy the convenience of. However, only as a buyers agent when I need to schedule showings and want to offer feedback; I do not pay for ShowingTime and therefore cannot use it as a listing agent. Am I understanding then – because of this affiliation between RPR and ShowingTime – that I should be able to use this feature when I list a home at no additional cost?
I will definitely be using RPR for my client searches more now with this integration nice upgrade
When will Showing Time be available on the RPR platform? This is good news just hope my MLS is participating.
P Smith, it’s available now, but your MLS has to confirm permission before the integration takes place.
We use showingtime integrated into MREIS (Maine MLS). It works great. It is a huge time saver. It is a great example of how we can integrate technology into our profession make ourselves more productive, and to create a better client experience.
Is there a way to put the great RPR market and comp analysis report on, so buyers agents see what a great deal the home is:)?
Hi Susan, thanks for commenting. I’m not quite understanding your question, perhaps there’s a word missing or ? “…put the great RPR market and comp analysis report on, so buyers…
What do you mean by “on”?
I would advise against this, since the list price is not always below what the RVM shows.
This is great news!
We have found Showing Time to be a great source of setting appointments and obtaining timely feedback from showing agents. It is an excellent benefit to our front desk operations, setting showings is so much more convenient. I noticed the previous comment about wanting to do away with Showing Time. I would encourage you to obtain help from someone that can show you the benefits of the program.
Fantastic! I use both RPR & ShowingTime; it’s great to have both linked. Great time saver indeed. Thanks & may the blessings be.
This is great news. As you know there are multiple MLS Boards and systems in the country. I cover the NYC and North Jersey Metro areas and participates in five different MLS systems in an effort to provide service to my clients. My question is, will I now be able to schedule showings outside of my primary coverage areas, for listings on those MLS which I do not participate, but within the two states where I am a licensee?
Great question Michael! Have you received a response yet?
One more step to remove yourself from the human interaction and building rapport with other agents. If the agent cannot make contact with the listing agent to show, to inquire about any specifics and ask important questions, it is a step backwards. To use only a computer to schedule appointments, we lose too much ability to do our job in this business. Our firm’s policy is NOT to participate in any such appointment system. We are in the Top 3% of our Board for successful closings. Actual communications create full information and rapport with those we work with.
Brian Burry,…..I could not agree with you more! It is so important to have that interaction with the other agent,…whether it’s voice, a text message,..or email,…in order share details about the listing. And mostly, because a large number of Agents fail to read REALTOR REMARKS and Click Attachments!
Brian,
The reason the system exists is to make it easy to schedule appts. U can always choose to call the listing agent for a chat. I know from experience, they don’t want to bothered either with having to take your phone call and then have to do the manual labor of calling the seller, logging the appt date/time, and then have to call you back to inform u the seller cant accommodate the initial appt date/time, requiring you to provide a new time/date, then having to call the seller back and after getting approval then having to call u back to confirm the appt was approved.
Try doing this yourself when you have more than one listing and see what fun it is!
