Is there an issue with this feature because the ‘Create Script’ link for me is not visible. I’ve followed the steps as indicated in the few articles explaining the feature.
Thanks for the heads up Steven, we are currently looking into this issue and will PM you when it’s resolved.
Should a professional real estate agent, new or old, really “cringe” at writing a marketing piece, as the article suggests? What if your client knew of this struggle? It’s not a novel or campaign speech. I’m sure my opinion isn’t common, with the crazy love affair so many are having with Ai. But I believe our clients deserve more than having ChatGPT write ad copy, or make any decisions we should be doing ourselves to earn and justify our fees.
Agree
In our discussions with REALTORS®, many in fact do have anxiety when faced with a blank screen or blank page to write… anything. In fact, all kinds of people feel this way. Not everyone, of course, and if you have the skills and confidence to write your own scripts and copy, more power to you. This tool is really being offered as a starting point, and we do stress that point in all of our ScriptWriter content; that the AI generated copy needs to be reviewed, proofed, and hopefully the agent will add their “voice” as well. Also, many agents have heard about ChatGPT, and are curious about its potential, but don’t know where to start or how to use it. RPR is offering an easy, no cost way to try it out and we’re tying it in with local market metrics and data. So it’s easy AND useful.
I agree. Soon we will be replaced by robots if we are not careful. I also feel it is disengenuous.
OH. MY. GOSH! This is awesome. I followed the instructions and created a script for video that is excellent. I may do a video a week now, as I should have been doing. I am really liking this A.I stuff!
Glad to hear it, Deanna! Thanks for the feedback.
I suppose this isn’t available for the app yet; unable to use this feature.
Correct Michelle, the Market Trends ScriptWriter is currently available only on the website version of RPR. You can, however, access the Shareable Market Trends stats and graphs via the mobile app.
This is a great tool but when I attempted it, I could not verify the data that RPR report provided. Please help us understand where this data is coming from other than just the local MLS.
Hi Danny, the Market Trends data in RPR is pulled from multiple MLS data feeds. We aggregate that data and package it up into these Market Trends charts, graphs and metrics.
I like how it’s integrated into my market’s data. I know a lot of people are scared of AI, but the people who grow up with AI will not be and when they enter the RE industry there’s no reason why we should work with a handicap while others have an advantage. In reality this equalizes, to a certain degree, the baseline quality of Realtors out there and if you don’t adapt you will be left behind. (Early engines, communications, etc)

I have not been able to access this feature. The “create script” does not exist on the page for me.
Please go to Research –> Residential Market Trend –> enter Zip –> create Script –> do not forget to select Property type to make it Accurate. It is amazing Nice work, RPR !!!
Sean, sorry you’re not able to use the ScriptWriter feature. Could be two things: try making your search area larger, such as a ZIP code. The ScriptWriter pulls from a Market Trends search, and to create a Market Trends card with stats, there has to be a minimum of 3 transactions to have closed from the previous month. We’ve also been having some issues with data feeds from certain MLSs (Kansas City, MO to be specific, but there could more.) If the Market Trends card has any missing data, the ScriptWriter won’t function. If that doesn’t help you out, please write back or email me at: [email protected]. Thx.
I have not been able to use this. “Create script” not available on my page. How do we find it?
Thanks!!

Prasanna, yep, that is the correct work flow. Glad you’re liking it!! And thanks for your comment/help for the other readers.
Hi Amanda, please see my response to Sean above.
Wow this is amazing! This will save us so much time and make it possible to do a video or social post about a different city in our market practically every day. Thanks RPR
This is great. There’s also a ChatGPT Mastermind group on facebook that has a lot of great tips and ideas for realtors: https://www.facebook.com/groups/chatgptrealestatemastermind
Can we add a feature to write listing description scripts please?
LOVE IT!!!
I just tested it and I think it’s great! Like you said in your reply to one of the previous comments, this is a good place to start for all realtors who keep hearing about ChatGPT and don’t know how to start! Unfortunately for me, Texas is a non-disclosure state and I find that the RPR statistics are way off when I compare it against my MLS. Not an RPR fault, just the non-disclosure issue… Still, I can generate the MLS stats which come directly from the MLS sales data, and use the scripts to guide me in the video. I understand the data quite well, I am an analyst by training and my struggle is always how to simplify what I want to say since I see so much information on the charts… ChatGPT can help me focus on what’s important and most relevant. That’s why I like it and I like this feature that RPR added. Good job!
